Présentation du domaine
Le domaine Julia Kemper Wines, S.A. à Mangualde, dans la région du Dão, cultive vingt hectares de vignes sur des sols granitiques. L'héritage viticole de la famille Melo s'étend sur plus de quatre siècles, la relance du domaine ayant eu lieu en 2003. Les vignes de la Quinta do Cruzeiro sont cultivées selon des principes biologiques et biodynamiques sans l'utilisation de produits chimiques de synthèse. La gamme comprend des cépages traditionnels du Dão, dont sont issus des vins biologiques blancs, rosés, rouges et effervescents. La vinification est menée entièrement de manière biologique, végane et artisanale afin d'exprimer la pureté et le caractère du terroir de montagne et de forêt.
