Présentation du domaine
Le domaine Chateau Routas est situé à Châteauvert, en Provence, et a été fondé en 2005. La cave exploite un vignoble de 43 hectares. Les vins du domaine proviennent de différentes appellations, notamment AOC Coteaux Varois en Provence, AOC Côtes de Provence, Méditerranée IGP et Var IGP. Le portefeuille présent dans le répertoire comprend deux vins. L'accent est mis sur la vinification traditionnelle de la région.

The nose is first dominated by very ripe red fruits with small berries, and cherry and spices. Then it exults soft and discreet overtone of vanilla, mixed with cherry and laurel. The mouth is large, but the structure is harmonious.

Pale straw colour, with a light green hue. On the nose, aromas of lime sherbet, citrus, ripe pear and a hint of gooseberry come forward. On the palate, tropical fruit notes lead to a crisp, lively acidity.
