Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut Le Cellier du Pic liegt am Fuß des Pic Saint-Loup in der Gemeinde Assas im Languedoc und wird über Generationen von Winzern geführt. Der Weinberg profitiert von mediterranen und kontinentalen Einflüssen sowie einer großen Vielfalt an Böden wie Kalkstein, Schiefer und Rollkies. Zum Anbau kommen rote Sorten wie Syrah, Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre und Carignan sowie weiße Sorten wie Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Viognier, Rolle und Marsanne. Das Sortiment umfasst Weine der Appellationen AOC Languedoc, AOC Pic Saint-Loup, AOC Grés de Montpellier und IGP Pays d’Oc. Die Bewirtschaftung verbindet traditionelle Handwerkskunst mit dem Ausdruck des jeweiligen Terroirs zu ausdrucksstarken und ausgewogenen Weinen.
Im eno-Verzeichnis sind 59 Weine erfasst, überwiegend aus Cinsault und Grenache. Der Betrieb beliefert Gastronomie und Handel.
