Über den Betrieb
Das Weingut Grosjean Vins bewirtschaftet steile Weinberge in alpiner Lage zwischen Quart und Saint-Christophe im Aostatal. Die Familie führt den Betrieb mit einer mehr als 50-jährigen Geschichte und setzt auf eine traditionelle, naturnahe Vinifikation. Zum Rebsortenspiegel gehören klassische autochthone Sorten wie Petit Rouge, Fumin und Cornalin, die auf sandigen und mineralischen Böden gedeihen. Durch kontinuierliche Erweiterungen und Weinbergspflege im Cru Rovettaz wird die Rebfläche gezielt ausgebaut. Im Vordergrund stehen dabei die nachhaltige Bewahrung des alpinen Terroirs und die authentische Stilistik der Weine.
Im eno-Verzeichnis sind 27 Weine erfasst, überwiegend aus Pinot Noir und Petite Arvine. Der Betrieb beliefert Handel.
