Über den Betrieb
Das Château Coupe-Roses befindet sich im Dorf La Caunette in der Region Minervois, am Fuße der Montagne Noire. Die Rebfläche von 22 Hektar erstreckt sich über aride und steinige Hanglagen zwischen 250 und 400 Metern Höhe. Das Anwesen wird von einer passionierten Familie geführt, die biodynamische Landwirtschaft betreibt und großen Wert auf natürliche Vinifikation legt. Auf den kalkhaltigen und schisteigen Böden wachsen neben klassischen Sorten auch alte, autochthone Rebsorten wie Aramon, Ribayrenc und Piquepoul. Der Ausbau erfolgt schonend und standortbezogen, um den Charakter des regionalen Terroirs authentisch zum Ausdruck zu bringen.
Im eno-Verzeichnis sind 16 Weine erfasst, überwiegend aus Cinsault und Grenache.
