About the estate

The Wylandhof Henggart estate is located at the gateway to the wine region in Henggart in German-speaking Switzerland and is managed by the operating couple Claudia and Michael Frauenfelder. The family roots of the estate date back to 1170, with Michael Frauenfelder taking over the farm in 2018. On a vineyard area of 2.5 hectares, the mixed arable and wine-growing farm produces grapes for Henggarter AOC wine. In addition to viticulture, the agricultural activities include arable farming, asparagus cultivation, and vegetable production. The estate participates in networking projects to promote insects and is committed to sustainable agriculture.
