About the estate
The Wijndomein Kitsberg estate was founded in 2008 by Evi and Daniel in the Haspengouw region of Belgium. The vineyards are situated on soils consisting of clay, marl, and stones on the border of Heers and Sint-Truiden. The winery manages its vines through careful practices including single Guyot pruning, manual leaf removal, and hand-harvesting of the grapes. In the cellar, all wines are fermented and aged dry in stainless steel vats. The grape variety portfolio features Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Müller-Thurgau.
