About the estate
Founded in 2006, the Stefan Breuer wine estate cultivates a vineyard area of one hectare. In the Schlossberg and Bockstein sites, the winery grows Pinot Noir and Riesling. The vines, some of which are up to 50 years old, form the basis for characterful, modern wines and traditionally produced sparkling wines. The white wines are aged partly in wooden barrels following extended skin contact, while the red wines mature predominantly in barrels made of American oak.
