About the estate

The Weingut Heinrich Schönlaub GbR estate looks back on a long history with roots dating back to the 17th century in Gleiszellen-Gleishorbach in the Palatinate region. Today, the winery is managed in the fifth generation by the Heinrich Schönlaub family. The vineyards extend in a sunny region right up to the Palatinate Forest. The focus of the work is on close-to-nature cultivation conditions, yield reduction, and careful selection to produce characteristic wines. In 2007, the estate introduced its own classification system to secure and elaborate its quality criteria.
