About the estate
The Weinhof Herrenberg estate is located in the center of Schoden on the lower Saar river and is managed by the Loch family. The winery cultivates steep slope vineyards in the best plots of the Schodener Herrenberg, Ockfener Bockstein, and Kanzemer Sonnenberg sites. Production focuses on exceptional Riesling made entirely from the estate's own vineyards. The grapes are harvested by hand, strictly selected, and subject to consistent yield reduction. Vinification takes place naturally in small vessels of up to a maximum of 1,000 liters, resulting in single-vineyard wines of distinct complexity.
The eno directory lists 3 wines, mostly from Riesling.
