About the estate

The traditional family-run Weinhäusel estate is located in Neckenmarkt in the Mittelburgenland region and has been dedicated to viticulture for generations. Around fifty years ago, the winery began selling its first bottled wine, which was initially part of a mixed agricultural operation. Following Stefan, Christian Weinhäusel took over the management in 2004 and continues to run the estate together with his wife Zsanett. In 2006, the cellar rooms were redesigned to combine traditional knowledge with modern cellar technology. Cellar master Christian is responsible for the work in both the vineyards and the cellar.
