About the estate

The Wagner-Stempel winery is located in Siefersheim in the far west of Rheinhessen, near the border with the Nahe region. The surrounding vineyards are situated in a landscape characterised by steep hills of volcanic origin, such as Martinsberg, Heerkretz, Goldenes Horn and Höllberg. This terroir, shaped by magmatic rock and weathered soils, defines the character of the estate's wines. The oldest and best plots provide grapes for wines that are crafted through numerous meticulous manual processes.
