About the estate

The Weingut V. Eckert estate is a family business located in Klein-Winternheim in Rheinhessen, managed by the brothers Hagen and Holger Fleischmann in the tenth generation. The vines grow in the vineyard sites of Klein-Winternheimer Geiershölle, Klein-Winternheimer Teufelsbaum, and Ober-Olmer Kapellenberg. Protected by western mountain ranges, the vineyards benefit from a wine-growing climate that is low in precipitation, warm in summer, and mild in winter. Throughout the cultivation process, the entire craftsmanship from pruning to bottling lies in the family's responsibility. The portfolio features wines from these diverse sites that thrive on varied soil conditions.
