The Weingut & Gästehaus Hass-Jüngling estate is a traditional family business located in Kesten on the Middle Moselle, run jointly across generations for a long time. The vineyards are situated in steep sites on heat-retaining Devon slate along the Moselle, cultivating both white and red wine varieties. The grown grape varieties include Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Yellow Muscat, Dornfelder, Pinot Noir, Regent, and Dunkelfelder. The grapes originate from renowned sites such as the Brauneberger Juffer and the Kestener Paulinshofberg. In the cellar, the wines are crafted with great care, combining traditional methods with innovative winemaking techniques.
