The vineyards are situated in steep slopes with an inclination of up to 70 percent, characterized by mineral red slate. The portfolio includes various white and red wines such as dry and off-dry Rieslings, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Spätlese, rosé, and Rotling. The estate places great emphasis on sustainable viticulture and has been recognized as an official conservation partner business of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate in the Cochem-Zell district since 2014.
