About the estate

The Thielen-Feilen estate was founded in 1928 in Minheim on the middle Moselle and is managed today in the fourth generation by Stephan Thielen. The vineyards are located on steep slopes where the vines root in barren slate soil. This distinctive terroir shapes the wines through a pronounced minerality. The relatively cool climate and the long ripening period of the grapes produce aromatic and light wines. The portfolio focuses on characteristic products from the Moselle wine region.
