About the estate

The Sturm Ilbesheim estate is located in the Palatinate and is run in the fourth generation. On twenty hectares of vineyards, the winery cultivates historical grape varieties alongside classic varieties such as Riesling and Pinot Blanc. A particular specialty is the single-varietal Weiße Lagler. The vineyards extend across locations including Kleine Kalmit, Ilbesheimer Rittersberg, and Sonnenberg. Ulrich Sturm manages the vineyards, which are cultivated without herbicides and insecticides, while Sabrina Sandt-Sturm acts as the winemaker responsible for vinification.
