About the estate

The Schnabel winery is located in the wine village of Gau-Bickelheim in the Rheinhessen region and organically cultivates a vineyard area of approximately 25 hectares. The vineyards are situated predominantly on the southern slopes of the Wißberg. The estate's diverse grape variety portfolio includes classic varieties such as Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, and Pinot Noir, alongside Chardonnay, Scheurebe, and Morio-Muskat. The product range covers wines from light and fruity to dry and mineral. The family-run estate is collectively operated by Oliver, Dominique, Karl-Heinz, Edeltraud, Tobias, and Kathrin.

The eno directory lists 39 wines, mostly from Riesling and Pinot Noir. The estate sells to retail.
