About the estate The Schmalzried estate in Korb has been cultivating its vineyards in the Remstal for more than 100 years and was among the pioneering organic winegrowers in Germany. Across ten hectares of vineyards, grapes are harvested exclusively by hand to ensure careful processing. The winery operates using biodynamic methods to produce its wine as naturally and sustainably as possible. The portfolio includes cuvées, Rotling, and Secco. The offering is complemented by wine tastings and vineyard tours in the vineyards.
