About the estate
The Schäffer family winery is based in Neustadt an der Weinstraße in the Palatinate region and looks back on a long tradition dating back to 1843. When cultivating its vineyards, the estate places great emphasis on biodiversity, targeted cover cropping between the vines, and the deliberate avoidance of herbicides. Resource-efficient mechanical management is utilized to minimize soil compaction and protect the environmental footprint. In the cellar, the wines mature in a way that preserves their regional authenticity and reflects an individual signature. For the delivery to customers, the winery cooperates with experienced freight forwarding partners.
