About the estate

The Rinck winery is a traditional estate located in Klingen in the Southern Palatinate, managed by three generations of the Rinck family. The 13 hectares of vineyards are cultivated in the Klingener Herrenpfad and Mörzheimer Pfaffenberg sites. The soils in the region range from light colored sandstone and rich loess to heavy clay and limestone soils. This diversity of soil structures allows every grape variety to find optimal growing conditions within the mild climate. The protection of the Palatinate Forest and warm air currents from the Rhine Valley significantly shape the terroir.
