About the estate

The family-run Weingut Listmann estate cultivates its vineyards in Rheinhessen and looks back on a long-standing history passed down from generation to generation since 1853. The winery is managed by three winemakers, including agricultural engineer Eckhard Listmann alongside his sons, master winemaker Welf Listmann and viticulture technician Leif Listmann. Grape varieties such as Riesling, Pinot Noir, and Merlot take root in diverse soils ranging from loess and terra fusca to marl. Through close-to-nature cultivation and traditional quality management, the estate produces characterful wines from the region.
