About the estate
The Kroll winery is located in Bermersheim within the Wonnegau region of Rheinhessen, characterized by a Mediterranean climate with abundant sunshine and moderate precipitation. Across 16 hectares of vineyards, the vintner family cultivates a diverse range of grape varieties with a strong emphasis on autochthonous varieties such as Silvaner, Riesling, and Portugieser. Master winemaker Thomas Kroll successfully completed his cellar master examination in Weinsberg in 2004 and subsequently took charge of wine production. The portfolio includes single-varietal, fruity white wines as well as red wines matured in traditional wooden barrels or barriques.
