About the estate

The Weingut Klosterhof Lösch estate is located in the wine town of Worms in the Wonnegau region at the southern tip of the Rheinhessen wine-growing area. The property looks back on a long history and served as the former tithe barn of the Worms Cistercian nuns from 1806, when it was acquired by the family's ancestors. This developed into a traditional agricultural family business that increasingly specialized in viticulture over the generations. By deliberately avoiding maximum yields, the estate produces expressive wines. Today, the family-run business cultivates the vineyards and markets the wine.
