About the estate
The Weingut Johler GbR estate cultivates around 16 hectares of vineyards in the Palatinate region, spanning Lustadt, Hochstadt, and Landau-Dammheim in the third generation. Gerd Johler took over the formerly mixed agricultural enterprise with arable land, livestock, and viticulture from his father Heinz, subsequently concentrating on winemaking and vineyard management. Since 2017, the winery has focused on the production and sale of bottled wine. Patrick Johler is dedicated to crafting the wines, which feature a fruit-driven profile with a balanced interplay of soft residual sweetness and fresh acidity.
