About the estate

The Jean Buscher estate, located in Bechtheim in Rheinhessen, places a special focus on climate awareness and nature conservation. The winery avoids herbicides, insecticides, and copper treatments, relying instead on resource-efficient methods, green electricity, and lightweight glass bottles. For many years, a herd of small French dwarf sheep has been managing the vineyards, handling tasks such as under-vine weed control and biotope maintenance. The certified sustainable winery's portfolio includes Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, cuvées, and Pinot Meunier, among others.
