About the estate
The Weingut Immich-Spier estate, located in Enkirch, is one of the oldest wineries in the village and looks back on a history of over 500 years spanning 16 generations. The family has continuously devoted itself to viticulture and winemaking in a European wine culture landscape. The focus lies entirely on the cultivation of Riesling, which thrives on the heat-retaining soils of steep Devonian slate slopes. These unique conditions impart the Riesling with its characteristic minerality alongside a rich diversity of fruit and bouquet aromas.
