About the estate
The traditional Höbel winery is located in Ober-Flörsheim in Rheinhessen and is run by Hubert and Sebastian Höbel, with Karin Höbel handling marketing. Across ten hectares of vineyards, seventeen different grape varieties thrive on soils ranging from limestone and loam to loess. After completing his studies as a state-certified agricultural manager for viticulture and oenology and becoming a master winemaker, junior winemaker Sebastian brings new methods and modern technology to the vinification process. The family shares a deep passion for winemaking, combining proven expertise with innovative ideas to produce a diverse portfolio of wines.
