About the estate
The Hirth estate is an organically managed winery located in Lauffen am Neckar in the Württemberg wine region. The property practices one hundred percent organic viticulture and is a member of the ECOVIN association. The portfolio features traditional grape varieties as well as PIWI varieties such as Auxerrois, Souvignier Gris, Chardonnay, Riesling, and Lemberger. In addition to winemaking, the estate runs the Landgut am Rotenberg for tastings and events. Cultivation is carried out consistently without synthetic fertilizers, relying on natural cycles and experience.
