About the estate

The Heiko Strub winery is located in Guntersblum in Rheinhessen. In 2016, the estate began converting its own vineyards to organic farming methods. Since the 2018 harvest, the wines have been offered as organically produced. In addition, the estate has been producing vegan wines since 2017, using only approved plant-based processing aids for winemaking. Alongside viticulture, the winery also offers events, set menus, and a traditional Straußwirtschaft.
