About the estate
The family-run Häußermann winery cultivates its vineyards in Waiblingen in the Rems valley biodynamically and is a member of the Demeter association. Healthy grapes thrive on the sunny slopes along the Rems valley and are harvested entirely by hand. From this fruit, the estate produces authentic and fine organic wines as well as sparkling wine. In addition to winemaking, the winery offers tastings on site and is represented at the weekly market in Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt.
