About the estate
The Weingut H. L. Menger estate looks back on a long history documented since 1651 in Eich within the Rheinhessen wine region. Over twelve generations, the family has dedicated itself to viticulture and continuously developed the property. Today, the estate combines traditional practices from Rhenish Hesse with modern techniques while placing great emphasis on working in harmony with nature. At the heart of the operation is the pursuit of uncompromising quality in the vinification of characterful wines. The historic tasting room, originally built as a stable in the 19th century, now serves as a venue for wine tastings and gatherings.
