The Weingut Freiherr Roeder von Diersburg estate is a traditional family-run winery located in the heart of Baden, managed across generations. The vineyards cover three distinct sites, including the steep primary rock weathering soils of the Diersburger Schlossberg main site and the fertile loess-loam soils of the Oberschopfheimer Kronenbühl in the Breisgau region. The grape variety portfolio features Riesling, Pinot Noir, Müller-Thurgau, Cabernet Dorsa, and full-bodied Pinot Gris. Vineyard management relies heavily on manual labor, while in the cellar, white wines are aged in stainless steel and red wines mature in small oak barrels.
