About the estate
Located in Freiburg-St. Georgen on the sunny Schönberg, the Weingut Faber estate is managed in the fourth generation by Sebastian Faber, who took over the winery from his father Martin Faber in 2023. Martin and Uschi Faber previously shaped the estate for over 40 years and continue to contribute their experience. The vineyards are situated directly in Freiburg and reflect the diversity of the South Baden wine region. The grape variety spectrum includes Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Muscat, Gutedel, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Dorsa, and PIWI varieties such as Muscaris and Souvignier Gris. In addition to traditional wines and spirits, the portfolio also includes alcohol-free wines and sparkling wine.
