About the estate

The Eberle-Runkel estate manages around 14 hectares of vineyards in Appenheim in the hills of Rheinhessen. Michael and Stefan Runkel work hand in hand at this winery, with Stefan Runkel acting as estate manager and cellar master. The portfolio includes clean white and red wines such as Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Early Pinot Noir, as well as single-vineyard Rieslings from Honigberg and Hundertgulden and a Riesling Brut sparkling wine. The wines are characterized by a variety-typical and clear aromatic profile. The offer is complemented by an estate-operated tavern during the summer months.
