About the estate
The Dobler estate emerged from a long-established winegrower family and has been vinifying independently since 1996. Today, the winery in Württemberg covers 10 hectares of vineyards. The vineyards, laid out according to state-of-the-art principles, are situated on mineral-rich Keuper soils in the Remstal valley. Producing these quality wines requires a great deal of careful manual labor, including nearly one hundred percent hand harvesting. In the cellar, maturation takes place in barrique barrels, large wooden casks, and stainless steel tanks.
The eno directory lists 21 wines, mostly from Schiava and Zweigelt.
