About the estate

The traditional winery Weingut Karl Daschl is located in Gobelsburg in the Kamptal region and has been managed by the younger generation under Karl Daschl since 1999. The family estate cultivates 20 hectares of vineyards in sites such as Ried Steinsetz, Ried Gebling, and Ried Haide. The grape variety portfolio includes white varieties like Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Chardonnay, Yellow Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Blanc, alongside red varieties such as Blauer Zweigelt, St. Laurent, and Pinot Noir. In production, the winemaker combines traditionally transmitted knowledge with the demands of modern quality viticulture.

The eno directory lists 24 wines, mostly from Grüner Veltliner and Riesling. The estate sells to retail. Export markets include Germany.
