The Blaul & Sohn estate is located in Gönnheim within the Palatinate wine region and is managed by the family in the thirteenth generation. The area benefits from a mediterranean climate and favorable conditions for viticulture. The portfolio includes hand-harvested Riesling wines from old vines, yield-reduced Chardonnay, and barrique-aged red wines such as Pinot Noir and cuvées. Vinification involves practices such as spontaneous fermentation and the use of French oak barrels. The winery looks back on a long history dating back to the eighth century.
