About the estate

Located in Alzey in Rheinhessen, the Biegler & Brand winery is run by Andreas Biegler and Petra Brand and has been carried through generations within the family. The vineyard area and wine portfolio are divided into two thirds white wine and one third red wine. The white grape variety spectrum includes Riesling, Silvaner, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc, among others. For red wines, varieties such as Pinot Noir, Blauer Portugieser, Dornfelder, and Merlot are cultivated. The estate offers various product lines including a basic line, a classic line, the Römerberg line, and the Felsenfest line.
