About the estate
The Weingut Adam estate, located in Rhenish Hesse, is a family-run business now in its fourth generation and operating as a full-time enterprise. Junior winemaker Thomas Adam is responsible for cellar management and the vinification process. The portfolio includes numerous white and red grape varieties, with a particular focus placed on red wine varieties in recent years. In addition to wines, the winery also produces grower sparkling wines, secco, wine vinegar, and mulled wine. Production is carried out with the commitment to treat every variety with the utmost care and to produce wines of high digestibility.
The eno directory lists 23 wines, mostly from Würzer and Cabernet Sauvignon. The estate sells to retail.
