About the estate
The Weingut Achim Bauer estate is located in Guldental in the Nahe region, where the family has been rooted in viticulture for generations. The historic estate is situated in the old district of Waldhilbersheim. Since 2011, the winery has farmed its vineyards according to EU organic regulations, focusing on organic fertilizers and biologically active soils. During vinification, the grapes are processed gently using modern methods. The wines are aged either in stainless steel tanks or in traditional oak barrels and barriques located in the vaulted cellars.
