About the estate
The Swiss winery Weinbau Violetti Valentin is managed in the fourth generation by Valentin Violetti, who learned the winemaking trade at Kümin Weinbau in Freienbach. The estate cultivates over one hectare of vineyards in idyllic locations in Niederurnen in Glarus Nord as well as in Weesen above Lake Walen. The vines in Niederurnen are situated below the Schlössli in the Räbberg, while the vineyard plots in Weesen thrive on a south-facing slope protected by the Chloschterwald.
