The Wein- & Sektgut Wilhelmshof estate in Siebeldingen looks back on 350 years of winemaking tradition in the Palatinate and cultivates 22 hectares of vineyards. The winery is fully committed to organic and sustainable practices, avoids herbicides and insecticides, and relies on meticulous manual labor alongside one-hundred-percent selective hand harvesting. The portfolio includes characterful wines as well as traditional sparkling wine produced according to the French method for decades. The vineyards are located in sites such as Siebeldingen Im Sonnenschein and Frankweiler Petersbuckel, which are characterized by calcareous soils and weathered variegated sandstone respectively.

The estate sells to importers.
