About the estate
The Wein- & Sektgut Nikolaushof estate in Gau-Algesheim is managed by the Hattemer family in the fifth generation. The winery originated from a former mixed agricultural enterprise and was renamed after moving into the current building in 1980. Today, the estate cultivates a vineyard area of almost 19 hectares in the Rheinhessen region. The portfolio includes various wines as well as sparkling wines produced in-house. Joint winemaking characterizes the cross-generational approach of the estate.
