The Wein- und Obstbau Karl Brandl estate is located in the heart of the Wachau in Rossatz, cultivating four hectares of vineyards and ten hectares of orchards on the right bank of the Danube from Mautern to St. Johann im Mauerthale. The family business has been managed since 2022 by daughter Lisa Brandl, who took over responsibility for production after graduating in Klosterneuburg. Farming follows the requirements of good agricultural practice with targeted crop protection and careful management of nature. In addition to winemaking, the business is a long-standing supplier of fresh fruit for regional retail and gastronomy.
