About the estate
The Vini Vaccaro winery is located in Salaparuta in the southwestern Sicilian landscape within the Belìce Valley. The family history began in the 1970s with the purchase of a small farm by Giacomo and Caterina, followed by the official founding of the cellar in 1999. Today, the estate is managed by the subsequent generation, with Catia and Luigi overseeing marketing and Carmelo supervising production. The produced wines range from major classics to modern interpretations, reflecting the authentic character of the local territory.
