The Vini Sultana estate is located in the Pachino area in southern Sicily and looks back on a traditional history documented since 1877. The family cultivates vineyards in the sites of Bufalefi, Burgio-Lenzapipa, Burgio-Cilarchi, Carrata, and Triona-San Lorenzo, which extend across the Eloro and Noto production zones. Cultivation focuses primarily on the Nero d’Avola grape variety, complemented by plantings of Syrah. Vineyard management relies on traditional methods such as soft pruning and manual canopy work to regulate yields, paired with modern winemaking technology in the Burgio and Triona facilities.
