About the estate
The Vini de Martin estate is a micro winery located in Sospirolo, run by Adriano De Martin and Giulia Marchioni. The estate cultivates one hectare of south-facing vineyards situated at the foot of the Belluno Dolomites entirely by hand without the use of chemicals or tractors. Natural winemaking takes place in the home winery utilizing spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel and fiberglass tanks, without filtration and with minimal sulfur dioxide. Since 2023, the winery has been a member of Vinnatur and produces mountain wines that interpret the local terroir.
