About the estate
The Vinárstvo Rychel winery is rooted in Modra within the Malokarpatská wine region and builds upon a long family tradition of winemaking. The estate was founded in 1996 by Jaroslav Rychel before his son Andrej took over the management in 2018. Today, the family cultivates five hectares of vineyards situated on the south-facing slopes of Modra. The grapes ripen in these local vineyards and are harvested exclusively by hand for the estate's wines. The entire process, from vine care to wine production, remains completely under the control of the family business.
