The family winery Vinárstvo Bognár is located in the historical premises of an old monastery in Svätý Jur within the Malokarpatská wine region. The estate's vineyards are situated on the southwestern slopes of the Little Carpathians and are planted predominantly on light sandy-stony granite soils. The portfolio includes traditional grape varieties as well as Riesling, which is particularly esteemed locally and produced annually in several batches, alongside recently expanded plantings of Pálava and Dunaj. The grapes are cultivated by hand, and the selection also features wines suitable for people with histamine intolerance.
